FloodDam is a class for protecting a site against an abusive number of accesses.

Properties:

- Block users which passes the setted time and request limit
- Allow / Disallow users with no IP
- Configurable maximum request number
- Configurable minimum time
- Determine IP of users behind proxies
- Remove block after setted time
